Free data structure

Flexibility is a precondition in the development of Beeyond. The result is that the structure can be freely arranged and many different types of data can be managed within one system.

360° View of your data

As described in the system’s structure, as a NoSOL database Beeyond is structured so flexibly that interconnections can be made effortlessly between different entities (tables). This makes the data structure freely definable. The big advantage of this is that each user can get their own  360° view of the data. This way, you get a good insight into what information is missing.

It is possible to work with a template for PIM or CRM, so the system has a base to start from and you can start working immediately.

What data can be entered into Beeyond?

Master data consist of various data, including customer name, address, article description, selling price, image, video and colour. In Beeyond attributes can be created limitlessly.

What makes Beeyond special compared to many other data systems is that many different types of data can be entered:

  • Barcodes (both as image and in digits);
  • Texts;
  • HTML;
  • Numbers (whole and decimal);
  • Calculations;
  • References;
  • Currencies;
  • Date;
  • Check box;
  • IBAN;
  • Images (jpg and gif);
  • Videos (mpeg, mp3, mp4 and link to YouTube video);
  • Zip files;
  • Files (DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PDF and Powerpoint);

If there are any other special wishes within your organization that are not on this list, then custom work is also possible.

Managing data structure

It is possible to add, change or remove entities (tables) and attributes (fields) in the blueprint of Beeyond. This gives you the option of adjusting Beeyond to new wishes of your organization.

When adding entities and attributes, validations can also be assigned, as described under Data validation when importing. After the entity has been stored and the proper rights have been assigned, records can be added.
